Shauldeseen's Pocket

Shauldeseen's Pocket, Chasing Sunday's debut CD, was well-received and gained much radio play in Europe, earning them a Top 50 Radio Single in Spain (The Month). This CD was also #10 in New York City on the Heatseeker Top 20 Best of 2001 Rock Chart, and two tracks, The Month and Child made The Top 100 Heatseeker Tracks of 2001. The Month even won Best Alternative Rock Track in New York City by a Group for 2001. Child was also included on a Best of Hoboken, NJ music sampler, Artkore. The band performed tracks from this ablum in the 2001 CMJ Festival alongside bands such as Coldplay and Ben Folds.

Realize

In 2003 the band released their second CD, Realize, which features their more popular live material: Come In, Nothing, Paper, Steal Away, Realized, and the well-loved mandolin journey, Peregrination. The inside and cover photos of the album were taken by drummer Michael Fadem when the band toured Italy the previous year, performing in Rome and throughout the southern portion of the country. Chasing Sunday was honored and thanked by the Mayor of Ginosa, Italy for highlighting the ancient city in the photographs used for the cover, inside liner notes, and back cover of this album.

Our Story

CHASING SUNDAY emerged on the scene in the late 1990's as one of New York City's hottest bands and soon carved out a place for themselves on national college radio, performing across North America and Europe and gaining airplay around the globe. The band is regarded as having been one of the pioneers of the indie music movement, due to the innovative guitar stylings and compositions of Peter Carucci and the dynamic intensity of percussionist Jamie Serino and drummer Mike Fadem.
